I have ordered a phone online on Friday and not had any confirmation yet of my order being processed. How long does this usually take?

Hi @Ib if you haven’t had a dispatch email then the phone you have chosen may not be in stock. Call customer service to check

I have opened then all and double checked them now so hopefully it will progress thanks. I may also ring customer service just to try and chase this up thanks

Well rang up o2 and they said that my credit deal hasn’t gone through and I wasn’t given credit so it has been cancelled yet when I log in again it says about it still being reviewed and I can download the confirmation. Also the £20 charge is still pending on my account has anyone had this problem? My wife has just ordered another one with her account details am just unsure of what’s going on.

If you have failed the credit check they will just cancel the order.
Your myo2 online usually takes 24 to 48 hours to update.
