I have a monthly contract with money left to pay on my device. I want to pay off the remaining device cost and cancel the airtime.

Can I cancel the airtime or is it tied into the full contract period (24 months). I have a few months left on my contract.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @CJ

A guide to Refresh here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-does-O2-Refresh-work/ba-p/1014093

You pay off the device first then give 30 days notice to cancel the airtime

The airtime is free to cancel once the device is paid for.

How to do I cancel my airtime?

Can I still use my airtime for the 30 days notice period?

Live chat is 7am to 11pm.
Yes you can still use your allowances for the last month and you need to call customer service to give the 30 days notice.
