Live chat is open from 8-8, although staff are very limited

More info here https://www.o2.co.uk/help

They can usually be found in the shop area and may pop up if you browse the shop.

You may have better luck contacting O2 and speaking to someone.

All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Is there a minimum monthly payment for pay as you go, if I'm not using it? I work abroad a lot, so some months don't use the sim

You will need to give 202 a call to tel them that you want to cancel your contract and go onto o2 P&G. They could send you out a P&G sim by post - or, you could go into an o2 shop and buy a sim there and ask them to set up the transfer from Pay Monthly to P&G - much quicker. slight_smile

@Stuart75

There's no need to top up every month but you do need to use your phone at least once every 6 months.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
