Is there any way I can pay my bill online and also is there any online chat service from them ?

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
