Online account disappeared and bolt on added without me knowing

How weird I tried to log onto my account but it looks like it has gone. So I need to create another one. And bolt on were added to my account and I have no idea where these are coming from!!

Ring customer service as there could be a problem with your address. Also ask them to check if there has been any phones ordered.

I would call them as soon as possible to make sure no one has hacked into your account it shouldn't just disappear
