O2 service centre in Norwich, what name?

Hi guys

I have sent in a faulty phone via prepaid envelope to Communications House in Norwich.

Just spoke to Royal Mail and they need the full address of where it was sent (more than postcode and bulding name)

I assumed it would be o2 but no, no o2 at Communications House in Norwich.

Does anyone know the Communications House business address of where the repair handsets are sent?Im guessing its outsourced but to who?

Tried calling o2 but keeps cutting off.

Anovo is definitely Norwich.

After a little digging it seems Anovo is now part of Ingram MS
