Hi so I joined sim only a couple of months ago and have been told i can upgrade on o2 refresh after 3 months but when i log into my o2 its saying 6 months anybody have any experience with upgrading with refresh after 3 months

You can upgrade after 3 months if you meet the criteria and checks but you need to call customer service so they can over ride the system Guide: How to find help & contact O2

No the two guys above answered everything brilliantly it's been 3 months on the 28th of this month so I will pop into my o2 store and ask for a refresh upgrade

You do need to call customer service before you go in store though, so they can authorise the upgrade on your account.

Ahh ok then I will call them first. Do I just ask them to authorise a o2 refresh upgrade sorry if that's a silly question haha

Just explain what you want to do and they will set your account status to ready to upgrade.

If not done, the store won't be able to process the upgrade.

Hi guys just an update I phoned up yesterday and asked about upgrading to o2 refresh as it has been 3 months.. the customer service rep didnt seem to know what she was talking about and said I can upgrade after 6 months to o2 refresh. I said I had read the T and Cs and one of my good friends works in O2 and even said the same as you guys on here. So I might leave it a week and see if I get through to someone who has abit more knowledge on the phone
