Hi so I joined sim only a couple of months ago and have been told i can upgrade on o2 refresh after 3 months but when i log into my o2 its saying 6 months anybody have any experience with upgrading with refresh after 3 months

If you phone between 8-9am you will usually get someone who knows what they are talking about.
