Proof of purchase

Hello,

 

I bought  a mobile phone contract a few months ago and it didn't come with any proof of purchase. I now require the proof of purchase and have contacted live chat about 3 times and contacted o2 customer service by telephone twice, and each time they've told me that the proof of purchase will be emailed to me within 48 hours.

 

This has been going on over the last 2 weeks, each time I've waited 48 hours and nothing has arrived in the email (I've checked the spam folder). I even gave them my other email address just in case there's an issue with the first one, but I've waited over 48 hours again and no email has arrived in the second email either. 

 

I've tried logging in to my online O2 account to find the contract but it's not listed there.

 

Please can you help @Martin-O2 @Marjo

Have you checked your previous orders in your MyO2?

Yes, I did. I have just edited my original post, I forgot to add this. The order doesn't show up on my O2 account.

Is this being looking into? I PM'd my details to you yesterday morning.

 

I went to the O2 store yesterday and the store assistant checked my ID and phoned the O2 call centre for me to request my proof of purchase, and they said that the proof of purchase would be emailed to me within 24 hours. This has now been the 6th empty promise, nothing has arrived.

@wah123  I would imagine @Martin-O2  will be on shortly.

The forum is having issues with emails, notifications and mentions, reaching our members although PM's are getting through. I will mention @Martin-O2  again in the hope he sees it, but mentions aren't working either. at the moment.worried
