O2 open

Hi

I've recently tried to add my discount to o2 open. I added my work email, which says it isn't valid so I then tried to upload my pay slip several times instead. It took me to a page that was just full of random numbers and letters & then wont do anything else.

Not sure how I go about validating my account for my discount when the website wont accept anything I am trying to do.
