Just bought a new phone today and new contract. Work for Police Service, was given the code to use in O2 Open to get a discount on my bill. I have verified my email etc. but when I click on my number it show an error - You can’t get an O2 Open discount with this number as it’s been over 28 days since the contract started: 20/09/2019 - this would have been my last contract which ended this morning. Am I to quick to try and apply the discount?
Thanks

Give it 48 hours to catch up and try again.

Hi Stacey
I'm having the exact same issue here. Took out a new contract last night with the same mobile number, go to add the discount, and it says : You can’t get an O2 Open discount with this number as it’s been over 28 days since the contract started: 07/03/2020 - this would have been my old contract which ended in Feb - why has it not registered that i have a new contract yet? Although it was late last night I took it out...
Help please, much appreciated.
Thanks
