I have justr swapped to O2 with the acquisition of a new phone, a few days ago. Everything is fine. I can access "MyO2" on my PC but when I try using the phone app I get timed out with an "Oops" message?  Is the sytem down or is it sonmething to do with my account?  Thanks

Hi @GPC99 , 

 

Given everything thats going on it is taking longer for customers to become fully registered on the network & services. Give it a few more days and it should work for you. Reset the cache on the app in a few days time and try again.
