Hi I wonder if ayone could help, I've received my sim card last Saturday and filled in the form online to keep my number from EE and have it ported over to O2. My number is still showing on EE and hasn't moved yet to O2. I have tried to get in contact with CS but cannot get through. I know that staffing has been reduced but is there anyone that could offer me advice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
