Move number to o2

So frustrating! I have a PAC code for my old number and I want to move to my new o2 SIM.
No one is answering phones ATM (understandable) and I can't find any info on how to proceed online ( not great). All and any help is appreciated.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
