Started chat conversation around 2100 hours timed out and neither of the two chat advisors helpful used staling tactics all I want to do is canx and get a PAC code.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I've had the same experience for the last few days, live chat that puts you on hold; calls that don't get answered and Twitter that doesn't reply. It's all very disappointing from a network that used to have the best customer service.
