Limiting auto top up?

I have a pay and go account. If I select auto top up and lose my phone, what's to stop it being topped up every five minutes?

If you lost your phone then by contacting Customer Services they would cancel everything.

You would need to get the sim blocked if you lost the phone. That would automatically stop the credit being used and hence the auto top up. Or you can cancel the auto top up at any time.

As with anything in life, you have to take some of the responsibility to safeguard your money.
