I am utterly fed up with 02. To think I recommended you in the past. All I want is my old mobile number back. I have been promised it would happen every day for nearly 3 weeks. If this isn't fixed today I will refuse to pay the contract. I have been treated terribly.

We would also advise you against not paying your bill as this will result in you getting a default notice on your credit file and will give you problems obtaining credit elsewhere.
It's advisable to contact CS to sort your issue out properly.
