I really need help in looking to get a default taken of my credit file! The default is wrong and is stopping me getting a mortgage. I have contacted the credit file team by email as advised too by o2 but I have heard nothing back what so ever. I really need this sorting. Is there anyone else I can contact within o2 about this?

The only think we can suggest is to ask our community managers to help here. They wont be back on till Monday but I will mention them @Martin-O2 @Marjo @EmilieT?

@Jade2508 you can contact the main credit agencies and put a notice of correction on your file yourself. This may help with some lenders.
