So i always pay my bills on time, this month my bill is a little higher than normal but nothing stupid, and o2 have said I need to make a payment before the can reconnect me? my bill isnt due until the 01/07
im not behind on my payments and have never been so why have the cut me off?

You need to contact O2 by using SKYPE if you are unable to borrow a phone.
