A couple of questions, @Luke30;:

Do you have excessively long, ie. more than 90 or 120mins' duration, calls?
Does your chin or cheek accidentally knock the hang-up button?
What phone make/model do you have?

Grasping for clues to possible causes... short of the person at the other end of the call cutting you off 😖
