Is anyone else finding that the O2 app crashes when first opened, and stutters when entering pin code. Keep hoping an update will fix this, but hasn’t happened yet.

Hi @Ibs - have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the MyO2 app?

I had to do that after an upgrade to fix it a while back.

Sometimes clearing Cache (if on Android) can help.

No issues with mine either @Ibs 

I think @pgn's suggestion of deleting and reinstalling is a good place to start with this issue.

If not, if you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
