International SMS overcharged?

Hello,

I've been charged six times for sending one international 83p SMS. Each charge is one second after the previous. I'm thinking this isn't correct. Can anyone direct me to the right place to correct this? I just seem to going around in circles trying to sort it.

If it was a long text it may have converted to MMS

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
