Hi guys,
I'm wanting to utilise the upgrade on us as part of my pay monthly contract. When I go to select it online, it shows my old phone details.
My iPhone 7 was stolen and O2 Insurance offered me an iPhone 7 Plus as a replacement. I did ask if this would affect my contract at all and they said no, so I took the offered replacement. However I'm a bit concerned that this will affect the Upgrade of Us offer as per my contract.
Will the change in phone affect the offer at all?
Cheers!

Hey guys,
Thanks for your help!
I spoke with the upgrades team and they spoke with a store who said it wouldn't be possible, but as the alternative model was offered by O2 Insurance, they've referred me to the complaints team who should be able to help hopefully!
@EmilieT, looking at going up to the iPhone X
