Went to top-up online a couple of nights ago. The site was throwing a "Something went wrong please try again" page. But the payment was still successful and I wasn't aware. I ended up trying twice and then calling to topup. Is it possible to get a refund for two unwanted topups?

Calling 4445 and stating refund eventually redirects you to 4444 and asks you to topup.

After messing around with it and getting it to list a bunch of options I was able to get in touch with an operator, thanks. o/

Glad it's sorted @Anonymous s I was about to say stay on the line until you get to the option where it says 'if you would prefer to speak to an advisor then we will connect you'.....
