Can I change my tariff without 1 month waiting?

Hi @Anonymous you can change your tariff through My O2 but you cant downgrade it http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

For the tariff change to start immediately you need to call customer service and ask them to do it.
It will then change from midnight tonight.
