O2 Refresh Council 30% Discount

Just joined O2 on refresh and was told to go to open to get my 30% local authority council discount. Can't get the open page to recognise the name of my council. South Lanarkshire Council. Help!

Hi,

 

 

Im not using the Refresh facility but if someone does not come along to provide an answer then maybe contacting 02 on 202 from your mobile may resolve your issue.

You used to be able to text it in but not sure if it still works - details on link if it does still work.
