Hi All,
When i signed up to another 2 years with the Refresh Tariff the kind lady on the phone mentioned to me about O2 open and how i could get 30% discount off my tarff.
She said dont go into an O2 store, just follow the text message directions which i did, i then recieved a text saying we will confirm everything within the next 48 hours, well that was last thursday.
i just recieved a text from O2 saying that ''We are sorry but this code is only valid within 28 days of the connection date.'' Considering the plan was taken out on wednesday i cant see how my code didnt work,
Anyone got any ideas?
