Number transfer!

Hi,

Just had delivered a new pay monthly sim as I have switched from giff gaff to o2 and just wondering what the process is for number transfer. I have the pac code and notified o2 when placing the order but it’s been two working days now and I’m still on my giff gaff networking as I write this message.

Any help please!

Yes that's due to the current situation. You need to persevere. Call at 8am when less busy

There is a system issue currently and no transfers or ports are happening.

It's been like this all week.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
