Not being able to hear other person

I have a moto g 5g plus had it a few months now all going smooth with it but now and again I can't hear other person on other end of phone and get cut off is there any way to fix this thanks you

I'd start by popping into my local O2 shop for a new sim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
