So today I have woken up to no service. I’ve tried turning my phone off multiple times. I also can’t access my o2 app, when I try to log in I get a pop up message that says it’s not available to me yet, and if I’m new it could up to 48 hours and if it’s been longer get in touch. However I’m not new so I don’t understand why I cannot access it alongside the face I have no service.
i also cannot ring customer service as I have no service and don’t currently have access to another phone

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
