You should be aware that O2 don't have a live stock ordering system. So though the phone you purchased may have been shown as in stock, it could well be out of stock.
Your best bet is to ring Customer Service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus, between 8-8:30am is the best time to ring to avoid a long time on hold, and check the current status of your order.
