My cash back from Mobiles.co.uk has been declined because I can no longer extract a copy of my o2 bill that shows my address and postcode. I did not have this problem last November, the last "proof" bill I had to send them.
Anyone else had this problem?
Why have o2 changed the bill to something that is unacceptable to a major outlet (Mobiles.co.uk is a trading name of Carphone Warehouse)
Does anyone know what o2 are doing to correct this issue?

The pdf download bill is unchanged. It still has address and postcode. I'm not sure it would be a bill otherwise?
