Bill Higher Than Expected

My bill is meant to be £37.99 a month and for the last few months it seems to be nearer to £47. For one of the months I was on holiday so I understand that but there are no other reasons, how do I find out why I'm being charged so much more?

NO SERVICE

My i phone 4 has just started exhibiting No Service in it's top left hand corner for no apparent reason, I am in credit and the phone is charged. I have tried switching off and back on to no avail! Can anybody help please? Nick Young
