No Signal

Hello,

My network service in Bolton doesn't make any connection! And if it does, it won't let me make phone calls. I had to turn my phone off and on for so many times but still have the same problem.

If o2 is not working on my phone in Donegal - why is the O2 dongle working n my laptop?

- surely they are on the same mast

- or am I missing something.

It's because the fault is effecting certain numbers only and you have 2 different numbers.

Struggling too pay and phone was robbed
