I have had a lot of trouble with my phone contact.


I recently managed to transfer my number from one o2 account to a new SIM card.


it has been working fine for 2 days, and now I have no service. I have checked network coverage, which is fine. My family members who are with o2 have no problems. I have reset my phone twice and reset my network settings which hasn't worked.


I can't log into my o2 account either as it requests me to put in a code from a text which I obviously can't do with no service.


im really concerned about what is happening as this is a new contract and I have already had so many problems with it and really hoping that my number hasn't been cancelled or something to that accord.


Can someone please check what is happening for me?

You'll need to call O2. They are open until 2pm today.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
