Anyone else had a luck getting a code out of O2 for headphones promised with their new phone purchase. Waited the 60 days, no text. Speak to someone, told 3 days, wait 7 days, no text. Speak to someone, told 24 hour priority, wait 7 days, no text.
Is this real or are O2 falsely advertising products to tie you into contracts with no way out?

It's real enough but like all O2 promotions things are never simple
You have to persevere with customer service
