Hi i have had no 3G/4G for over 7 days now but im paying for the service - the website has said a mast is down but has been for over a week?? My partner has EE and that has been working all ok - My postcode is CT10 1DF

You will need to speak to customer service regarding compensation but O2 will never give out timescales for repairs as there are many factors that can effect timing.
