Newbie question follows (solved)

Hi there. A newbie question I buy a new sim. Top-up with voucher £15 and i use 4444. Everything goes fine. A message received O2: Top-up loaded. Your balance is now £15.00. Thanks for topping up with O2. O2: Hello. You've got 2000 texts, 750 minutes of calls, and 2048.0 MB of data etc. In my device on web shows tariff £15 Big Bundle but balance £0.00 I have also Bolts On (O2 Travel Opt Out) active in my device profile. I'm in Greece right now. Why when i'm trying to make a call or send a text msg says not balance and needs to topping up. What should I do ? Thanks in advance all of you.

Mobiletopup.co.uk are often used by those don't have a card 'recognised' by O2 ..so that shouldn't be an issue unless your credit has run out being abroad. You can check everything via MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If you are still having issues then you need to contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

We have no access to your account on here so this would need checking by CS..

Hi @Anonymous When did you actually top up? You don't mention that in your opening post.

Big Bundles work as follows http://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-and-go/big-bundles

If you do need to top up whilst abroad then follow the guidelines here (scroll down to PAYG)

@Anonymous I think your issue here is that the £15 you have topped up with has been used to buy the bundle of 2000 tests, 750 mins and 2048mb of data however this will only be valid in the UK.

If you are trying to make calls, sent texts of use data in Greece then technically you have no credit to use (as the £15 has gone on the bundle).

Because you are on a big bundle tariff your top up was used to buy your allowances.
If you need credit to make calls abroad you need to top up again.
