New phone iPhone 7

Just ordered and received a new IPhone 7 direct from 02 but the phone came with no earphones? Should earphones be in the box and if so how can I contact and complain?

Hi @Ke1 yes there should be earphones in the box & a headphone jack. Contact customer service who should rectify the problem

Make sure you check under the main compartment - might seem a bit daft but Apple are good at hiding things - the box should have been sealed too - you should also have a lighting to earphone adapter so make sure you have that too

Having just checked the phone (in the shop) it makes no mention of headphones

If it’s a refurb I think it just comes with the phone & charger

Yes on re-reading the title, the op stated clearly it was a new iPhone...

So they do need to contact customer services. It would be interesting to know if the box was sealed though?
