Phone says 306MB -- O2 says 500MB. How can that be?

Resolved! Terminate Contract

My agreed length of contract has ended and I wish to terminate my contract via email or customer chat as I have emigrated to the Philippines. Can I do this as customer chat is never online and i can't find an email address.
