Terminate Contract

My agreed length of contract has ended and I wish to terminate my contract via email or customer chat as I have emigrated to the Philippines. Can I do this as customer chat is never online and i can't find an email address.

Possibly on live chat or the other option is by calling the overseas number in the  contact us link at the foot of the page.

I have the same problem here with a 7 hour time difference but its up to us as customers to ignore the inconvenience of time zones and call within UK hours.

@Anonymous  O2 does not use email at all to communicate regarding accounts. You need to call the number provided or follow the guidelines link.
