Solved: PAC code but not got enough credit to make call

I want a PAC code as I recently was given an I phone locked to Vodaphone and after trying it for 30 days, Vodaphone actually has better connection where I live.

i broke my SIM card trying to get it out of my phone so can't call from my 02 sim ... help??.

If you are PAYG you cannot use live chat for a PAC unfortunately.
You will have to call from a landline.
