I have bought an unlocked Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G double esims(virtual) not from O2. Having trouble changing device in myO2 as well as contacting O2 to order esims and configuring up new phone...thanks

You can request an esim through your myo2.

You may well have to wait for the device to change in MyO2. Once connected it took 3 months for O2 to catch up.
