Resolved! How do I block MMS messages?

My tariff charges per MMS message and I don't want any - I accidentally downloaded one and was charged. How do I ensure these messages are blocked?

Number not linked to account

Trying to access my o2 account (former virgin mobile customer) but when I log in it says I have no products / services (despite receiving a bill for such). Try to link phone number and it says it’s already registered.

Tariff Speed up

I ran out of data on my last tariff and my balance is £20, I’d like to stop the current tariff and switch to the £20 bundle. However I tried, and it’s saying I can switch on the 18th of April which shouldn’t be right
