Hello

I agreed a new deal with O2 on the 28 Sept, moving from EE. It’s going to be 2 weeks before my phone arrives, which falls outside of my 14 day cooling off period (should I need it), it also delays my free gift offer, as I need the IME number to submit my request for my free gift. This therefore reduces my window of 30 days to request the free gift down to 2 weeks. Not a good start for a new customer. What assurances can O2 offer me pls.

@NAsp

This is not customer services and no one can offer any assurances on behalf of o2.

Your cooling off period starts when you receive the device and sim card, and not before.

The offers are operated by the different manufacturers, and not o2, so some may allow you to claim straight away, some make you wait 14 days, the best thing to do is look at the terms of the offer.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
