so asked to make sure yes u get 6 months gift cafeyn.

25th july 2025 do the sim and get the cafeyn i got turned of to enter the new code .

and blow me down 3 months .

they then say u only get 3 months on the £24 sim was not happy .

spoken to lawson and sent me text highlighting 3 months extra on 24th oct 2025

so 24th jan 2026 i pay for cafeyn .

1st oct 2025 get a letter and head in toilet that

7 calls to o2

4th call read the text and sees that 3 months offered i was in 1 and offered to give me

3 months more 4th april 2026 i speak to manager and call dropped .

all other reps refused to help.

i have a text not voice text and text is logged on account but the 6th 202 reps

refusing to offer the 3months and good will due to ringing

stay clear of o2 gifts . unless u want to be scammed.

i thought the text would be proof but was not .

Good rant, but your post makes no sense at all..

Your best bet is to raise a complaint https://o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Can't understand it either and I'm usually good at decoding such things

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

In a nutshell he says was offered 6 months Cafeyn on an upgrade but it expired after 3 months

Many calls and was offered another 3 months as goodwill

But this was never honoured and now no adviser is prepared to help with the free 3 months

There you go.....
