New contract

Applied for a new contract today and had all the documents sent by email but there’s one where I’ve got to sign & it will not let me do this any help on how to as it’s only valid for 24 hours

The only email you get now will be a dispatch email with a tracking number.

I asked for it to be delivered today and I’ve not received anything at all no email or text
