Hi o2,

 

I have been charged the regular £15 per month from my bank account but my network is not working. 

please help me.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

@Alvinaliu No network, including O2, guarantees 100% uptime. If the network is having an issue where you live, you still have to pay your bill. It's in the Terms & Conditions you agreed to. O2 may offer you a goodwill gesture if you haven't had service for a length of time, but they aren't obligated to. You need to call one of the numbers provided by @jonsie in the post above and speak to customer service. You can also look at the links below to see if they may help you:
