I need a replacement nano sim for my new phone as my old sim is a micro sim.
It cannot be made into a nano sim.
I want to keep my old number.
Everything online is telling me to visit my local o2 shop which i am unable to do in lockdown as my nearest shop is 36 miles away in england and i live in wales.
I have phoned o2 but just get disconnected.
Surley i can't be that tough to post one out?

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

in exactly the same position as you. cant get through to anyone on my elderly mothers behalf to get a new sim, contantly disconnected. very frustrating
