I am in austria and both our phones are not working today, cannot connect to a free number as only open for emergency calls

please help

Try contacting live chat off this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

but you can also try manually searching for a different network in case the default one is experiencing a problem.

I was in Austria yesterday and my connection was fine on 3AT.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
